The Villa
Villa Limon welcomes you to the sights and pleasures of Southwest Florida. Only a short drive to the dining and attractions of Ft. Myers, Sanibel and Captiva beaches, Pine Island, Boca Grande, and Port Charlotte, this luxurious home is private and a welcome retreat.
The villa can be a special luxury for couples, and it is particularly well suited for a large family or two families since it has three large Bedrooms plus a Media room that can sleep two. A group of 8 can fit comfortably. And with a Study, Pool, Dock, and a Jacuzzi in the Master bath, there is always a place for different activities and an area for members of the household to have some quiet time. The two 42 inch HD TV’s with satellite programming and the game table in the media room offer lots of opportunity to enjoy sports, movies, or down-time.
Don’t overlook the gourmet kitchen. Everything you need to prepare a special meal or appetizers in the fully-equipped kitchen…granite counters, prep island, and all the necessities. You can serve a formal dinner for 8 at the round walnut dining room table, or relax with wine in the living room and enjoy the ambiance of the 14 foot ceilings and soft afternoon sunlight filtering in from the pool.
While you are not relaxing or playing in the Villa, you might be enjoying some of the nearby attractions. A wonderful public golf course is only 5 minutes away. And in the warmer months, the local water park is a big draw for the kids. The roads are safe and lightly trafficked, so walking, biking and jogging are safe and fun.
The deep saltwater dock on the back of the Villa is on a 200 ft. wide canal, only a half-mile from the main feeder canal. You could dock your own boat (up to 40 foot) or rent a boat from a local marina. Kayaks and canoes are a great way to explore the canals and the protected mangroves bordering the feeder canal.
Nearby Dining and Entertainment
Take your pick of fine dining, causal, ethnic, restaurants and clubs in Ft. Myer, Burnt Store Marina, Cape Coral, Pine Island and Port Charlotte. Visit the museums and the Red Sox Spring Training fields.
Area Golf
Pick from hundreds of public and semi-private courses from Naples to Fort Charlotte. Be a golf snob. Play a different World-class course every day.
Area Beaches
A short ride takes to some of the most beautiful and exclusive beaches in Florida. At Captiva and Sanibel you can swim, sunbath, and collect shells on some of the most famous beaches in the world. The younger crowd will enjoy the 20 miles of sand at Ft. Myers Beach.
Fishing and Boating
Local fishing guides can pick you up on Pine Island, only 30 minutes from the Villa. You are then only minutes from the famous Boca Grande tarpon fishing or fishing the mangroves islands that dot the area. Or meet your captain at Burnt Store Marina, even closer. The Charlotte Harbor waters offer some of the best sailing and fishing in the world. You can book a boat tour of the area to shell on remote beaches or enjoy a sunset cruise, or catch a trophy snook, tarpon, redfish, or trout.

- Twin Bedroom—Two extra long twin beds, can be put together as a king. The large, full bath is adjacent to the twin bedroom
